What is Forgeworks#
Forgeworks is an integration platform built around one idea: the connected system is the atom, and every product is a lens over it. Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite, JIRA, Zendesk, or Dynamics 365 once, and the whole platform — real-time sync, managed data loads, approval workflows, org assessment — operates on that connection.
It is the work of operators who have done large, reversible CRM and ERP migrations for a living, productized so you don't need a body-shop to do them.
The products#
| Product | What it does |
|---|---|
| Forge Stream | Real-time, bidirectional sync between your systems. Capture changes, route them, write them back — exactly once. |
| Forge Load | Managed data loads with a snapshot taken before every write and one-click rollback. Update, insert, upsert, delete. |
| Connectors | The bidirectional integration layer: NetSuite, HubSpot, Stripe, JIRA, Zendesk, Dynamics 365 — each a source and a destination. |
| Deal Desk | Slack-native approval workflows that write back to your CRM and downstream ERP when a deal is approved. |
| Forge Assay | A read-only health scan of your Salesforce org — data quality, security, automation, and clear-text PII exposure. |
| Forge Configure | Turn-key Salesforce configuration packages (MEDDPICC, ARR/MRR reporting) deployed into a fresh org. |
| Forge Shift | Complex, reversible migrations — CPQ → Revenue Cloud and the like. |
Why it's different#
- Reversible by default. Forge Load snapshots the target before it writes, so any load can be rolled back. Nothing here is a one-way door.
- Bidirectional by contract. Every connector defines both a source (capture changes out) and a destination (write changes in) — so the same connection powers sync in both directions.
- Honest about failure. Writes that fail are dead-lettered and surfaced, not swallowed. Deletes are confirmed gone, not assumed. Conditions that used to be silent — a suppressed re-trigger, a stale approval — show up in Alerts.
