History#
History is the platform's who-did-what-when trail — a single chronological record across features.
What it unions#
History is a read-time union of the platform's per-feature audit stores:
- Forge Load audit — every connection, load, rollback, and conflict action.
- Workflow audit — every workflow instance's event log (Deal Desk decisions, write-backs, reminders, escalations).
Each store stays its own system of record; History gathers and cross-links them into one trail, and links back to the owning load or workflow.
Scoping and filtering#
History is scoped to your active org, like every screen. Within that, you can filter by product, actor, connection, and time window. The filter options only ever offer values that actually appear in the trail.
History vs Alerts#
- History is the complete record of what happened — successes and failures alike, kept for the audit trail.
- Alerts is the subset that needs attention right now.
They're complementary: an alert often links to the history entries behind it.
